Belle de Brillet de Poire cognac, pear liqueur, New Deal ginger liqueur, Regan's orange bitters, fresh lemon juice. Shaken and served up.
Uncle Val's gin, Bison Grass vodka, Nolet's dry vermouth. Chilled and served up.

Rittenhouse Rye, Nova Farms maple syrup, Bordeaux cherry juice, chocolate and black walnut bitters. Stirred and served on a large cube with Bordeaux cherries.
Cazadores reposado tequila, Ancho Reyes ancho chili liqueur, fresh lime, agave syrup. On chipped ice.
Angel's Envy straight Kentucky bourbon, Rare Wine Company maderia, Carpano Antica Formula vermouth, black walnut and angostura bitters, Bordeaux cherry. On a large cube.
Kili Kai spiced rum, Nova Farms maple syrup, fresh lime, Ryan's apple cider, flamed cinnamon. Served on a large cube.
Ciroc vanilla vodka, New Deal coffee liqueur, chocolate bitters, Yvonne's house roast iced coffee, dark chocolate, cream. Shaken and served up with a chocolate rim.
